Columbus Colony Housing was proudly founded by The Ohio School for the Deaf Alumni Association. Every unit of ours is built with Deaf-friendly features including in-unit pull cords, visual alert systems, and a Video Phone Room available to all residents. Our staff includes team members trained in American Sign Language, so your loved one will always feel seen, understood, and at home.

Building One offers both one-bedroom (439 sq ft) and two-bedroom floor plans, with 6 units featuring additional accessibility accommodations for residents with limited mobility. Subsidized through HUD — making quality, safe housing affordable for those who need it most.
