Columbus Colony Housing I and II are affordable housing communities providing safe, independent living for seniors and individuals with disabilities in a well-managed and supportive environment.
Our communities are rooted in a long-standing commitment to the Deaf and hard of hearing community, with a strong focus on accessibility and clear communication. Our team includes staff who are Deaf and others who are fluent in American Sign Language (ASL), helping ensure residents feel understood and supported.
We offer independent housing, not assisted living, with access to supportive resources, including service coordination, to help residents maintain stability and connect to needed services.
